1. How does SafeMoneyMetrics® optimize the potential of managed futures?

SMM®  reveals risk that would otherwise remain concealed. First read why use SMM. It quantifies how financial loss may unknowingly be caused by erroneous analytical applications. SafeMoneyMetrics® can reduce and sometimes eliminate certain risks. Examples are: 

  • An advisor trades 28 markets, loses money in 20 yet they have positive returns.  Another advisor produces the exact result however they trade four markets losing money in one.  The second advisor probably has less capital waste built into the strategy. 
  • Two advisors both have $1M account minimums. They both accept minimum funding of 25% or $250,000. Advisor one uses 10% of the $1M as trading margin.  Advisor two uses 15%. Both produce equal returns however advisor one charges a management fee on the entire $1M and advisor two has no management fee.

2. What is my risk without SafeMoneyMetrics®?

To respectfully answer this question, we need to be like minded when defining risk. Multiple risks need to be considered. A short and incomplete list is:

3. How do I open a managed futures account?

First do your homework defined by a mini managed futures course for investors. Next, open an account with any futures commission merchant (clearing firm). Consider suggestions and introductions from traders that manage your account.  SMM® services are easily coordinated with anyone. Next, build a pro-forma investment model and integrate SMM® analysis

5. What paperwork is needed to use SafeMoneyMetrics®?

Under most circumstances no paperwork is needed. For licenses download paperwork from the services and pricing page

6. What registrations are needed to market SMM®?

If directly uninvolved with managed futures no registrations are required. You can market all SMM® services. If directly involved with managed futures, you need registration or an exemption. The exemption depends on what registrations you currently have. The National Futures Association http://www.nfa.futures.org details all USA requirements. Non-US professionals must adhere to the requirements of their country. 

7. How am I compensated for marketing SMM®?

You are compensated 10% for direct marketing and active involvement. Read content on the affiliate page, then if comfortable register.  Your bonus is potential new managed account business. People can earn an additional 2% for referring SMM® to other people.  Below are a few examples.

  • Assume a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) or Broker-Dealer (BD) uses the affiliate program as a business development strategy. The FCM/BD receives 2%. Their participating Introducing Brokers (IB's)/ Investment Advisors (IA's) receive 10%.
     
  • 2% Passive Income:  An IB/RIA/financial web site joins the affiliate program and links to us. Usage from lead flow is automatically tracked when people register. The member is paid 2% on business that eventually develops from the link. 
  • 10% Active Income:  Assume that the affiliate has a pre-sell site that links to SMM® and details the benefits and value.
  • A CTA and/or CPO want to improve their marketing efforts and client relationships.  A SMM® pre-sell page can be added to their web site. Their marketplace can then elect SMM®. The CTA/CPO is compensated 10% of gross revenue for improving their risk management services.
  • A software vendor wants to increase revenue. They can  introduce SMM® to an existing marketplace and can:

a) wholesale the service and receive 2%, the end user registers and receives 10%. OR

b) retail the service and receive 10%, register other affiliates and receive an additional 2%.

  • A free lance writer registers. They write a few articles and receive 2% or 10%, maybe both. Income depends on their target market.  Financial publications can receive the same compensation described for free lance writers.
  • Trade Associations, financial sites or other electronic media  can receive 2% referral  income by becoming an affiliate and linking to SafeMoneyMetrics®.

8. As an affiliate, how can I view earnings and when am I paid?

Access your personal affiliate account and watch your business grow 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Affiliates are paid monthly if the minimum payout is $100.00. If revenue is under $100.00, it waits until it reaches $100.00.

9. I am a financial advisor, what is the value of adding managed futures to my business?

You are compensated at the same rate for the life of all business that you develop.  Nothing changes! 

12. How do you track my leads and cash flow?

Once registered with the affiliate program, you have a personal account that tracks all account related activity.
